Sessions with no user ID and no client are seen in SM04.
There is no error observed in any trace file, in the system log (transaction SM21) and no shortdump (ST22) can be linked to the issue.
Requests pile up in the request queue (transaction SM51, select the instance and access the menu Goto -> Information -> Queue information).
