No. Recruiting Management Candidate Talent Pools only have MDF Objects where it can be managed.
The entities for Recruiting Talent Pools is something that has not yet been developed and made externally accessible.
For mor information on the entities available for each module, you can also check the SAP SuccessFactors API Reference Guide (OData V2) where you will have a section per module and you will be able to browse through every single entity and its properties. In the table of content you will find Recruiting, you can expand and see all the entities Recruiting has available for use.
