2944464 - Cloud Connector access fails with message ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

The Cloud Connector UI cannot be accessed from Google Chrome browser, the browser shows a similar message:

This site can't provide a secure connection

<IP address> uses an unsupported protocol
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Unsupported protocol
The client and server don't support a commont SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

The Cloud Connector trace (ljs_trace.log) with enabled TLS tracing logged this exception:
