2944509 - Dbacockpit Space and Performance data is not being displayed - SQL1092N reported

Symptom

Performance and Space data is not being reported in Dbacockpit.  No errors are reported in tcode SM21 and no dumps are being produced.

Check of the DBA log (Dbacockpit > Jobs > DBA Log)  shows that DCF collectors are failing with SQL1092N:
