• What are the fields we can sync between Jam and BizX?

           All standard fields can be synced from BizX to Jam. Fields such as First Name, Last Name, Custom fields. 

           Supported fields are mentioned in the Help Guide SAP Jam integrated with SuccessFactors Platform

• Is there a way to sync a unsupported fields?

          No. You may in fact place values into the custom fields, that are also standard, and sync to Jam. You can display those fields on the Jam profile page via Custom Profile feature.
