2944535 - Field "Group chart of account" is not available

Symptom

In the G/L account master data (SSCUI 150001) the "Group chart of account" field is inactive.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

Field YGR1 is not available in SSCUI 150001, also it cannot be activated.

Cause

After 1808, YGR1 is only delivered by XX_3AF.

In S4HANA Cloud system YGR1 is not used by accounting nor consolidation, the only purpose of XX_3AF is for customer to have the group accounts information and use consolidation in external system - like SAP BPC.

Resolution

Field YGR1 is not available in standard, since scope item 3AF is not activated by default.
