2944595 - When level-based hierarchy is created, the ID/description becomes attribute of hierarchy removing the earlier made ID description relationship in SAC

Symptom

There is no option to have above data as parent child hierarchy (from L0 to L4) while create model on flat file.
There is no option to keep both ID and description along with hierarchy based on it.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2020.8.15

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create a file based on data with L0 No, L0, L1 No, L1, L2 No, L2

2. Create a model based flat file in step 1.

3. Create level-based hierarchy based on L0 L1 L2 and make the  L0 as description of L0.

4. When create a story based on model in step 4, found that there is no option to keep both ID and description along with hierarchy based on it.

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation of development team.
