2944621 - Wrong internal format when uploading or previewing data of a BW datasource

The BW system is connected via DB connect to an external database ORACLE. Previewing data in transaction RSDS for the appropriate datasource returns a wrong format.

examples:

• wrong format for date field:
  date: 31.12.2100
  wrong date: -0.EC.31-D
• decimal seperator is wrong:
  123.55 instead of 123,55

This kind of issue can also occur with two BW systems extracting from the same external data base connection.
