2944874 - Agency Ownership expires after 1 day and not for duration of agency setting - Recruiting Management

When an agency candidate is submitted to a job requisition the ownership of the candidate expires after 1 day.

1. Access Agency Portal
2. Submit candidate to a job requisition 
3. View Candidates Application 
4. See Ownership expires next day
   
   

Missing Configuration in Provisioning. Agency advanced ownership setting have not been configured. 

The required change needs to be completed in provisioning. Provisioning require assistance from an implementation partner or SAP professional Services team as customer dont have access. 

To resolve the issue the following needs to be completed. 

1. Access Provisioning 
2. Go to Company Settings 
3. Recruiting 
4. Agency advanced ownership setting
5. Set the Agency Ownership setting based on your requirement. 
6. Save 

Please note this will affect only new candidates submitted and not existing candidates.
