2944999 - SMP server fails to start after successful upgrade to 3.1 PL01

Symptom

  • After a successful upgrade from SMP 3.1 to 3.1 PL01 the SMP server failed to start.  The server log showed the following errors:

    SMPServerStatusManager: 2020 06 11 14:12:01.011 Bundles (and their services) not yet initialized: com.sap.mobile.platform.server.online.common.connectivity.http.onpremise <-- Issue
    SMPServerStatusManager: 2020 06 11 14:12:01.011 Bundles (and their services) not yet initialized: com.sap.mobile.platform.server.configuration.manager.service <-- Issue
    SMPServerStatusManager: 2020 06 11 14:12:01.011 Bundles (and their services) not yet initialized: com.sap.gw.rt.service.cache <-- Issue
