2945037 - Custom Tiles and Custom Reports not available to access in Test/Production System

• Custom reports and Custom Tiles cannot be found in the test/production system after being successfully transported from development system.
• Custom application(Web Dynpro Grid) which is created via app view browser are missing in test/production system.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The 'Custom Catalog Extensions' associated with custom reports and custom tiles were not transported from the development system to the test/production system. 

Steps to check

1. Open the 'Extensibility Inventory' app.
2. Search for the Custom Analytical Query (e.g., YY1_XX).
3. Click on Dependencies.
4. Under Custom Catalog Extension, navigate to the dependencies of the item.
5. You will see that the App YY1_XX is used in the business catalog SAP_CORE_XX_XX.
6. Go to the Change History tab.
7. Check the Software Collection Version:
   • If it shows "0", this indicates that the Custom Catalog Extension created for the custom report or custom tile has not been transported to the Test/Production system.

Transport the 'Custom Catalog Extensions' for any custom report or custom tile from development system to test/production system in the same collection at the same time as the corresponding custom report or tile

1. Open the Export Software Collection app.
2. Search for the relevant software collection (e.g., YY1_XX).
   • Identify which software collection includes the Custom Analytical Query report/Custom Tile.
   • Ensure that the Custom Catalog Extension is added to the same software collection to prevent dependency issues.
3. Click on Add Item.
4. Search for the associated catalog extension.
   • Example: The app YY1_XX is used in the business catalog SAP_CORE_XX_XX.
5. Add the corresponding Custom Catalog Extension to the same collection.
6. Click on Export to transport the collection from the Development system.
7. Once export is successful, log in to the Test/Production system.
8. Import the software collection.

After the collection is successfully imported, the Custom Report/Custom Tile should be accessible in Test/Production system.
