Symptom
- How to notify an Agency user when a new Job Requisition is posted to an Agency?
- Is it possible to send an email notification when an Agency posting has been removed?

Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to any Job Requisition
- Post the job to an Agency
- The Agency user does not receive any email notifications about the new Job Requisition posted
Cause
The issue is because of the fact that the option "Send me email alerts for new Jobs Posted" is not checked for the Agency user.
Resolution
To resolve the issue please follow the below steps:
- Login to Agency
- Go to the settings icon
- Now , check the option "Send me email alerts for new Jobs Posted"
NOTE: The email template used to notify Agency users of a Job Requisition posted to an Agency is configured in "Email Template Notification Settings" and it is called "Recruiting Agency".
Note that it is currently not possible to trigger an email when the Agency posting has been removed.
