2945071 - Entity Basic import (CSV_1) with missing fields after running the migration report

Symptom

You run the migration report ECPAO_EMPL_EXTRACTION to file transfer, and the CSV file generated to entity Basic Import (0001_BasicUserInfoImportTemplate_YOUR_EC_INSTANCE.csv) has missing fields.
