2945552 - Hiring Manager issue permission for Onboarding Dashboard and MPH - Onboarding

• Recruiters / Hiring managers cannot see the Hiring Manager Name in Onboarding Dashboard.
• Hiring Manager cannot view any candidates under Onboarding in MPH.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

The current user does not have the required permissions.

Current user does not have all the required permissions. Please include the following permissions in RBP and also make sure that you have your managers as target population:

1. Employee Data -> View edit permission for First Name, Last Name, Status, Location, Job Classification, Biographical Information, Employment Details MSS
2. General User Permission -> Company Info Access and User Search permissions.
3. External user as target population for the admin.
4. Employee Central API-> Enable below settings:
   Employee Central Foundation Soap API
   Employee Central HRIS SOAP API
5. Remove Employee Export
6. Remove the "Admin access to MDF OData API" Under Metadata Framework.
7. Ensure Assignment of role includes "Granted users also have the same access to themselves"

Finally perform below 2 refreshes:

• RBP Refresh in Provisioning > Company settings
• Search for "OData Metadata Refresh" in Onboarding application > 'Refresh' button.
