2945616 - Product List is empty during Sales Quote Creation in Offline

Symptom

The product list does not show while creating a new sales quote in offline mode

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to C4C app. 
  2. Sync and Go Offline.
  3. Go to Sales Quote.
  4. Click on New.
  5. Select an Account from the OVS field.
  6. Click on Quick Add Products.
  7. Click on Product Lists.
  8. The list is empty. The same steps in offline shows the Product Lists. 
  9. The offline settings are maintained correctly and the actual product list is available when navigating to Products Work center - Product List View. 

Cause

Sales organization and Distribution channel values are not entered.

Resolution

The Product List will be shown in the Offline only if the values for Sales area are provided in the Sales Quote Quick Create screen before clicking on Add Products.
