Step1: Create Custom Price Table with Extension Field

Step 2: Add the Custom Price Table into Access Sequence

For Fair Pricing scenario, use the row of Header Level + Blank name, higlighed in the screenshot. 

For other scenarios, use the row of Header Level + Price List.

Step3: Add the custom price table into Pricing Group Assignments

After this, this custom price list is available in the Price List work center view.
