2945774 - Template XML Changes Not Appearing Directly in Front End

Changes/ edits made to a template xml in Provisioning are not appearing immediately in the front end

• SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning
• SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

This can happen with edits to:

• Development Goal templates
• Goal Management templates
• Career Worksheet templates
• Learning templates

Expected behavior.

Changes made to templates in Provisioning can take up to 30 minutes or more before you can see the changes in the front end. 

This can be due to many factors, such as, but not limited to; server application speed, your connection speed, how much data is related to the template being changed, what the changes are (large/ small), background jobs currently running in the system etc. 

Note: the same is true for other changes to features in Provisioning - it may take some time before it appears in the front end.
