2945878 - WfRequestStep approverType returns DYNAMIC_GROUP. Is it possible to query more information about the approvers?

• When querying a workflow step that is configured to be approved by a dynamic group, the approver type returned is DYNAMIC_GROUP;
• You want to retrieve more information about the group (such as group name and members).

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • OData API

Currently, this feature is not supported. It is not possible to know which group was assigned to a workflow step and obtain more information about it via API.

Nevertheless, you can access the “Influence SAP” page (http://influence.sap.com/successFactors) to see if there's already an open enhancement request to implement this feature and upvote it. If not, you can create it.
