2945985 - You cannot see who approved a Journal Entry Voucher with the functionality Strict Dual Control

You have activated the functionality Strict Dual Control in order to have a user that create a Journal Entry Voucher or edit it and a second user that Post it. However, when it is posted, you cannot see who did post it.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the General Legder workcenter.
2. Go to the Journal Entry Vouchers view.
3. Search for the Journal Entry Vouchers

You can see who Create it but cannot see who Post it.

This function does not contain an approval flow respectively an approval as separate process step as we have this e. g. for Purchase Orders.

The user who has posted the document is the person who made the final decision to post it.

Reports track only the user who has created the posting but not who executed the posting.

This is the standard system behaviour.
