When you try to use the Onboardee Entity Type in Manage Documents > Advanced Filters your query does not return any results.

Environment
SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center > Manage Documents;
- Click in Advanced Filters;
- Your query result show as No Data.
Cause
The onboardee entity will only return PDF's that were signed by your Onboardee. PDF files that were included in the New Hire Data Review, Personal Data Collection or Custom Data Collection steps will not be included in this search.
Resolution
At moment, the application is working as designed and only the signed documents will appear in the search. If that does not satisfy your business requirements our suggestion is to raise an enhancement request through SAP Influence Portal as described in the following article: 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products
