2946054 - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) displays the Russian abbreviation of thousands with a period

In SAC when formatting a number's number format to scale for thousands and use the abbreviation it displays 'тыс.' instead of 'тыс'.

The reason for this is the official document style is to use the period like this 'тыс.'.
