Error VL448 occurs when deleting purchase orders' items at APP "Change Purchase Order".

There is an open inbound delivery &1 in the WMS for PO &2, item &3

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to APP "Change Purchase Order".
2. Fill in the purchase order number and select the item you want to delete.
3. Set the delete indicator for the item.

Relevant deliveries are not closed yet. The deliveries are not closed at EWM side, there are open acitivies like putaway that need to be done.

You can check and complete the deliveries status with APP "Change Inbound Delivery" APP ID F1706.

In case you encounter an issue where you cannot open the inbound delivery on the EWM side, and the delivery was created with zero quantity from the ERP side, it may be due to a known issue that requires correction by SAP internally. Please raise a case to SAP on component SCM-EWM-DLP-2CL for resolution. For more details, refer to KBA 3280903 - 'EWM relevant delivery is distributed with 0 quantity and cannot be completed/deleted in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition'
