During installation or upgrade to SAP CC Cockpit 5.0, Cockpit fails to start with the following error displayed in the "catalina.<XXXX-XX-XX>.log" of the Apache Tomcat server:

"Error deploying web application archive [...]
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Error starting child
[...]
Caused by: org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Failed to instantiate [com.highdeal.sql.ISQLManager]: Factory method 'createSqlManager' threw exception; nested exception is com.highdeal.cockpit.core.config.exception.DatabaseConfigurationException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException"
