2946252 - Balance difference after Termination Import under Employment Info and Time Off section

Symptom

  • After Termination Import it is observed that time account balance as of termination date under employment info and Time off section are different.
  • Recalculation is not triggering on Termination import

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central  - Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Import Employee Data from Admin Center 
  2. Download template - Termination Details.
  3. Fill the template with required data and import. 

Cause

  • It is currently a limitation.
  • Recalculation is not triggered during termination details import and that is the reason balance is different in time off section.
