Symptom
- After Termination Import it is observed that time account balance as of termination date under employment info and Time off section are different.
- Recalculation is not triggering on Termination import
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Import Employee Data from Admin Center
- Download template - Termination Details.
- Fill the template with required data and import.
Cause
- It is currently a limitation.
- Recalculation is not triggered during termination details import and that is the reason balance is different in time off section.
Resolution
- From 2H 2023 release, automatic recalculation is triggered when Termination Details are imported if workflow is configured. (Enhancement Number: TIM-37051).
- Note that the recalculation is still not triggered if termination details are imported without workflow .

- Till 2H 2023 release(or if workflow is not configured on import), please use either of the below workarounds:
- Terminate the employee from UI - Take Action OR
- Upload recalculation after termination import. Please refer to KBA :2328948 - Time Off: How to recalculate leave balances when Holiday Calendar is updated to understand how to import Time Management Recalculation Event (TMRE).
