2946435 - In adhoc reporting, fields are not translating for all languages.

Translation is not working for few fields in Adhoc Report.

Create a report in de_DE and some field labels show in english.

This is because the fields is not translated in de_DE in all xml templates the field is defined in.

Ensure you have translations across all XML templates where defined including inactive templates to ensure consistent translation of the fields in adhoc report.
