2946738 - SAP Cloud Connector - LDAP Authentication failed on LDAP side

Symptom

  • LDAP is configured for SAP Cloud Connector(SCC) authentication.
  • While testing the authentication process. it fails with the message:

    "Exception performing authentication javax.naming.NamingException: [LDAP: error code <x> - <xxxxxxxx>: LdapErr: DSID-<XXXXXXXX>, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, xxxxx ]
