2946917 - When using Information Steward job server group, results in error "CDQ_00003: Invalid logon token"

• When using Information Steward job server group, turning off one node to direct load balance on job server on node 2, results in error "CDQ_00003: Invalid logon token" in Data Insight.
• Sometimes, would get this error on another node "CDQ_00002: Could not connect to BOE. Error:FatalException occured. The cause was : com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.OCAFrameworkException$AllServicesDown: Unable to find servers in CMS:6400 and cluster with kind pjs and service null. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)"
