2946925 - Security questions pop up for external learners does not display

Symptom

When testing site users logging into the system for the first time, the "Security Questions" are not showing up on the main screen. The user has to go to "Settings" then they will see the Security Questions pop up.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the external login site (ex. XXXX.plateau.com)
  2. Login with the credentials

Resolution

It is an expected behavor that the security question pop up will not be displayed for external type of users.
