2946925 - The 'Security questions' pop up is not displayed for external users

Symptom

When external users log into the Learning site for the first time, the "Security Questions" are not showing up on the main screen. The user has to go to "Settings" then they will see the Security Questions pop up.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. As an external user, log into the Learning site >
  2. Notice that the "Security questions" pop-up is not displayed.

Resolution

It is an expected behavior that the "Security questions" pop-up will not be displayed for external type of users.
