2947063 - ALM created incident the Reported by Field shows ID not the Name when viewing the Incident in Solman ITSM

Symptom

  • When an ALM incident is created, a Solman incident is created and in the Solman incident, the reported by field is populated with a User ID instead of the user's name.
  • What happens is that the system generates a new BP for the user
