2947174 - EC: One time deduction records missing from Deduction portlet

Few one time deduction records are missing from UI portlet of an employee, however all records are available in reports

1. Login to instance and go to employee profile
2. Navigate to Deductions portlet
3. Notice that only one record is available on the UI portlet
   
   
   
   
4. Now go to Manage Data > One time deduction > Search records with employee id
5. Notice there are two records
   
   

One time deduction item record removed/deleted from One time deduction user record

1. Go to Manage data > One time deduction user
2. Search for employee
3. Take action > Make correction
4. Add the missing one time deduction item record > Save
