Symptom
"Created On" field cannot be added in Tickets Advanced search of Accounts.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Customers workcenter.
- Navigate to Accounts view.
- Open Account 123(where 123 is the Account ID).
- Go to Tickets facet.
- Click on Advanced Search icon.
- Enter the Adaptation Mode.
In the Advanced Search field "Created On" can be made visible, but is not displayed.
Resolution
This is the current limitation that "Created On" field cannot be added to Advanced Search in Tickets for Accounts.
We will be enhancing this in future release.
