2947372 - Is it possible to define a default Role for Talent Search?

Is it possible to set a default Role as which you would like to search for in Talent Search?

Currently, it is not possible to define a default Role to use in Talent Search tool, since the system remembers your recently used criteria, after you performed a search.  If your system is configured with default search fields, then when you start Talent Search or choose the Start Over option, those fields are automatically selected and available for searching (based on your permissions).

 To reset the form, you have to click on "Start Over".
