2947417 - +0 and -0 shows on charts when the plus zero / minus zero option is not selected in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When a chart is displayed, it sometimes shows a '+0' or '-0' even when the "Show Sign As" option in the styling panel is not selected.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.<WAVE>.<PATCH>

The '+0' and '-0' showing up is intended behavior which shows up when then values are too small and get rounded to zero.  The plus and minus sign are added to indicate that the value is a positive or negative number.

If you increase the number of decimal places such that the rounding will not occur, then the '+0' and '-0' will not appear.
