SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Currently, Radio buttons are not supported in the Job Application. You can find the supported field types in the Recruiting Guide in SAP Help Portal.

Although the standard field "Gender" is displaying on the Job Application as a Radio Button, this field type is set as a picklist.

In case you would like to have the ability to add this field type in the job requisition, please submit an Enhancement Request.
