2947749 - Msg 10330 Update permission required for inserts into proxy tables with text columns

• Inserting data selected from a local data source into a proxy table when that table contains a text field may require update to permissions on the remote table even though only an insert is being performed.
• The following permission errors and ct-lib errors are seen:

Msg 10330, Level 14, State 1:
Server 'loopback', Line 2:
UPDATE permission denied on object remote_table, database DB_REMOTE, owner dbo
Msg 11216, Level 16, State 13:
Server 'servername', Line 2:
Internal Ct-Lib/Cs-Lib error 67241508: 'ct_send(): protocol specific layer: internal Client Library error: There is a tds state machine error. An illegal tds token sequence was received.'.
Msg 11206, Level 16, State 8:
Server 'servername', Line 2:
Unable to connect to server 'loopback'.
Msg 8013, Level 16, State 16:
Server 'servername', Line 2:
A CT-Lib operation failed during a native RPC.
