Symptom
Custom Code Analytics 2.0 (CCA 2.0) is a SAP for Me application which comes with an automated Early Watch Alert (EWA) based data collection. The application gives an overview about the custom code footprint of your ABAP systems and provides tool-based insights on quantity, quality, complexity and usage of your Custom Code. This KBA explains the prerequisites for the automated EWA based data collection and how to access the application.

Environment
- SAP S/4 HANA
- SAP Basis equal or higher than 740 and with one of the software components:
- SAP_APPL equal or higher than 600
- BBPCRM equal or higher than 700
- SCMEWM equal or higher than 712
- SAPTM equal or higher than 100
Please note: The 'Distance to Standard' Calculation Usage dimension is only supported for systems with HANA database and requires activation of the SCMON
Resolution
- Ensure that Early Watch Alert is configured

Activate Online collectors for data collection:
Please ensure that Online Data Collectors are allowed. They are read-only and digitally signed online collectors for SDCCN data (e.g. Early Watch Alert). the Digital content verification is active. Please check SAP Note 69455 for further details.
To check whether Online Data collectors are allowed, please run the report RTCCTOOL via transaction SE38 open the menu GOTO -> Online Collectors that the online collectors are allowed:

Activate Digital Signtaures content verficiation:
Please ensure that the Digital content verification is active. Please check SAP note 69455 for further details.
To check whether Digital signatures content verification is active please run the report RTCCTOOL via transaction SE38 and ensure that the note " Switch on digital content verification" is implemented as below:
In addition please check within RTCCTOOL via menu GOTO -> Digital Signatures that the Digital Content Verification is active
Please know that you cannot influence the exact date in which the data is transferred automatically to SAP, so it might take some time after you see data in the CCA application.
To access the data please open the SAP for Me with your S-User and search for the Custom Code Analytics application
To be able to see the data your S-User needs to have the profile “Service Reports and Feedback”
Logon with a Super Admin User that already have the role Service Reports and Feedback in SAP for Me:
- Open the application “User Administrations”.
- Filter the list by User ID and select the user ID to adjust.
- In the following screen, scroll down to “Authorisations”, click "change" and assign the profile “Service Reports and Feedback”.
- The assignment of this profile will make sure the selected S-User can see all data for the systems related to his "customer number".
