2948004 - How to update a user information

Symptom

Would like to update a user information Via UI on Onboarding

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

Resolution

In order to cahnge the user information you must do the following:

  1. Go to Onboarding Security
  2. Click on the Users Tab
  3. Search for the candidate
  4. Double-click the candidate that you want to update
  5. Update the wanted informatino
  6. Save
