2948379 - "Engineering change order ID already exists; enter a new ID" during Manage Change Order Web Service execution

While running the ManageEngineeringChangeOrderIn web service, the following errors appear:

• Engineering change order ID already exists; enter a new ID.

• Cannot create description; ECO status does not permit it.

• SAP Business ByDesign.

• SAP Cloud Application Studio

1. Run the web service via SOAP.
2. Use the Request XML and execute and check the response.
3. User get an errors.

The ECO ID provided in the web service request already exists in the system.

Ensure the ECO ID used in the web service request does not already exist in the system.
