2948405 - Error registering a system in RZ21: "SoapFaultCode:5 Webservice port type not enabled"

Symptom

  • Registering a system to be monitored in RZ21 results in errors:
    • Route to <Monitored System>:
    • SoapFaultCode:5  Webservice port type not enabled
    • Cannot access WS connection 'SAPOSCOL.<server>.XX' (Message no. SMOIWS002)
  • The monitored system / agents may be registered correctly and work correctly, but in ST06 of the central system, the monitored system OS data is not displayed.  This is the result of the errors above.
