Symptom

You are trying to update the Document Type of an Opportunuty through Data Workbench but system throws below error:

Update not allowed for properties: ProcessingTypeCode. Check metadata for OpportunityCollection

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Workbench workcenter
  2. Select Export view
  3. Export the opportunities which needs to be updated
  4. Change the Document Type
  5. Import through Data Workbench

Cause

As per Opportunity collection properties, processing Type Code (label: Document Type) and ProcessingTypeCodeText (Label: Document Type Text) are Updatable 'False'

Also it is not possible to change the Document Type in respective Opportunity screen

Resolution

This is expected system behavior
