2948438 - Error 2714 followed by error 4413 - SAP ASE

Symptom

 A 2714 error, "There is already an object named '##<table_name>' in the database." is followed by a 4413 error, "View resolution could not succeed because the previously mentioned objects, upon which the view '<view_name>' directly or indirectly relies, do not currently exist. These objects need to be recreated for the view to be usable."
