- After logoff and relogin to Interaction Center, a broadcast message which has been marked as read in the past, will be displayed again in category "New"
- You are using CRM Interaction Center with Broadcast Messaging. In the Broadcast Popup you mark a message as read using parameter "Mark as Read". The broadcast message will not show up and will be found under the category "Read"
