2948531 - Unable to set "Bin Empty" and HU-related flags in EWM Physical Inventory Count document

The flags 'Bin Empty', 'HU Complete', 'HU Empty' and 'HU Missing' are greyed out when entering counting results in the Count Physical Inventory - Paper-Driven Counting app.

1. Open Count Physical Inventory - Paper-Driven Counting app.
2. Maintain the selection values "Warehouse Number", "Document Year" and "Physical Inventory Document".
3. Select the PI document and choose Count.
4. "Bin Empty", "HU Complete", "HU Empty" and "HU Missing" flags are grayed out and cannot be set.

There are two possible reasons:  

1. For product-specific PI documents, the flags "Bin Empty", "HU Complete", "HU Empty", and "HU Missing" are disabled. This is a standard behavior in Cloud WM. 
2. For storage-bin-specific PI documents, missing user authorization may cause this issue.  

1. For the first scenario, create a storage-bin-specific PI document.  
2. For the second scenario, make sure the user has following necessary authorization to perform the task:
   Business Catalog "SAP_SCM_BC_EWM_EXEC_F_PC" to enter the count results 
   Business Catalog "SAP_SCM_BC_EWM_INB_BSC" to check and confirm the inventory count results.
