You have a requirement to delete Submitted Sales Quotes.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Resolution
The Submit action triggers an Output for the Sales Quote. Once a Quote has an output document, this means that it was communicated to the customer, the Quote cannot be deleted anymore.
This cannot be reverted. Such Quotes can only be cancelled. Due to the cancellation they get completed and would not appear anymore in the object worklist under “My open Quotes”.But you cannot delete these quotes anymore.
