2948792 - BAPI sets different Creation Indicator for the schedule line than ME38

Symptom

When adding a schedule line with BAPI_SCHEDULE_MAINTAIN or BAPI_SAG_CHANGE, system sets the Creation Indicator (EKET-ESTKZ) as "D". Whereas when adding the line in ME38, system sets value "R".
