  • Note 2928592 has been completely implemented

  • System has HTTP Protocol configured to download notes in tcode SNOTE (Note Assistant)

  • However, the below errors occur in tcode SM59 when performing a connection test for RFCs: SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL and SAP-SUPPORT_NOTE_DOWNLOAD
    "ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED" or "ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR" or "ICM_HTTP_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE" or "HTTPIO_PLG_CANCELED"
