2948918 - Cannot start PCD check tool | SAP Knowledge Base Article

Symptom

You want to check for PCD inconsistency as per note 2225655

You launch PCD check tool, but you encounter the below error :

FATAL: Main class "com.sapportals.portal.pcd.admintools.standalone.console.MainConsole" cannot be started:
FATAL: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: iaik/utils/Base64InputStream
at java.lang.Class.forName0(Native Method)
at java.lang.Class.forNameFW(Class.java:362)

......

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: iaik.utils.Base64InputStream

at com.sap.engine.offline.FileClassLoader.findClass(FileClassLoader.java:916)
at com.sap.engine.offline.FileClassLoader.loadClass(FileClassLoader.java:807)

......

FATAL: com.sap.engine.offline.OfflineToolStart will abort now with exitcode 2
Program terminated abnormally
