2948933 - Onboarding Tiles Not Showing/Missing for Candidate

• A candidate is missing tiles under Onboarding on the Home Page
• The following tiles are not showing for the candidate:

                 Welcome, About Us and My Onboarding Journey

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Proxy as the candidate for whom these tiles are not showing
2. Navigate to the Onboarding Home Page

The IsOnboardingUser flag is set to No for the candidate

First, check the conditions for these tiles:

1. Navigate to Manage Home Page
2. Scroll to Onboarding
3. Edit one of the tiles found under Onboarding (One that does not show ex: About Us)
4. Go to the assignment for group name Pre day 1 User
5. Notice if the IsOnboardingUser value is set to Yes
6. If so, that key must also be set to Yes for the affected user in order for the tiles to show

To check if this is the case:

1. Go to Employee Export 
2. Download the User Export File
3. Locate the candidate in the downloaded csv and check for the value in flag: IsOnboardingUser
4. Update the flag to Yes for user and import the file
