2948935 - How to Customize an Output Form while Printing?

You have created a customized form template which is being used for specific document (e.g.purchase order) output form.

But while printing the output form, you want to further edit/customize few specific output forms.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Form Template Maintenance work center
2. Select the standard form
3. Download it
4. Customize the form
5. Create a Purchase Order document and order it
6. Output form is generated with the customized form template
7. Now the output form is ready for printing
8. Here you want to edit the output form again when it is ready for printing

This option is not available for ByDesign system at the moment.

You can do the customization on specific form template before using it for business transactions. Once done, the customized output form is generated in output history tab and you can take print out of the same.
