Symptom
- After upgrading to ASE 16.0 release, dbcc checkstorage is reporting fault error 100029 against the first OAM page of tables.
SAMPLE message from dbcc faultreport:

- dbcc checktable and dbcc tablealloc on the tables come out clean.
- Tried reorg reclaim_space and dbcc tablealloc with full/fix option on the tables, dbcc checkstorage still reports error 100029 while dbcc checktable/tablealloc is clean.
